The basket of flowers was beautiful. It was well-wrapped to preserve it from the cold. Unfortunately, two days later, the flowers showed signs of wilting even though it was watered daily. Another arrangement I received from another florist the same day has not yet shown any signs of wilting (even though it is now 5 days old).

I was happy with the flowers but NOT with the delivery. They were ordered on November 4th to be delivered on November 7th. The flowers came on November 4th anyway. I was not impressed as there was a specific reason the flowers were supposed to be delivered on the 7th. I won't use Panda Flowers again.

My only disappointment is that I picked an arrangement specifically with yellow roses in it and asked to have them specifically even if other flowers in the bouquet were unavailable and none were included. Delivery was very prompt especially considering it was Mother's Day!

The web site worked well and the flowers were delivered on the date I had requested. Unfortunatley I was very disappointed with the arrangement. The arrangement in general was about 1/3 less than in the picture. I would have appreciated a call if there weren't enough flowers and greenery to fill the order as requested.

The flower arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the picture on the website, when I contacted Panda the response was basically it was my fault I ordered from the site and that the colors were not available so they sent what they had available. Had the response been "we are very sorry we should have contacted you to let you know the arrangement/colors was not available" the rating would have been totally different. $94.50 is very expensive for a small vase of flowers that was not what I ordered, so did not expect the type of response I rec'd when I contacted you.
